Can products be returned?
Yes, you may. Within 14 calendar days you may return the product without giving a reason, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the return form and proof of purchase.
- You pay the shipping costs yourself.
- Products must be unused, unopened and have the original and undamaged seal/packaging (shrink wrap).
If you have ordered the product from a personal Business Partner, you must also return it to this Business Partner.
Can a product be returned in case of allergic reaction?
If you have had a proven allergic reaction to a product, you may return it. Just fill in the return form and send it along. We will give you a full refund.
You are responsible for any loss and/or damage upon return. We therefore recommend that you send returns with Track & Trace. In case of loss during shipment, no reimbursement will be made.
Can I return an incorrectly ordered product?
If you order a product incorrectly, you may exchange it. However, you will have to pay the additional shipping costs incurred.
